Re-call.me provides digital identity and business-card services for independent professionals, including native Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes, public One Pager profile pages, and AI-assisted content generation.
Due to immediate AI generation costs (OpenAI, Fal.ai) and the digital nature of our products, all purchases are strictly non-refundable once your digital assets (Wallet passes, PDFs, VCFs) have been generated.
By uploading photos (avatars, portfolio images) to Re-call.me, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, analyze, and process these images for our internal operational needs, including platform analysis, quality control, and training our proprietary AI models to improve visual generation and search accuracy. We do not share your personal data or images with third parties.
By purchasing an annual subscription, you explicitly consent to receive periodic system updates, platform digests, and promotional announcements regarding our ecosystem products (no more than twice a month). We guarantee that your personal data is strictly secure and will never be shared with third parties. This consent is an inseparable part of our paid service; if you do not wish to receive these updates, please do not subscribe to our paid plans.
Data Retention Policy: If your paid subscription expires, your account will enter a GHOST state, and your public One Pager will be taken offline. We will securely preserve your profile data and uploaded images for exactly 90 days. If you do not renew your subscription within this 90-day window, your account and all associated digital assets (including your profile, portfolio images, and custom designs) will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers without any refunds.
1. Installation Survey Media: Photographs of doors, locks, frames, and power proximities uploaded during the installation booking survey are retained solely for engineering review. All survey media files are permanently and irreversibly unlinked and purged from our server storage exactly 90 days following marked installation completion, or after 30 days for unconfirmed, abandoned orders.
2. Digital Access Passes & Guest Privacy: In strict compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, all guest personally identifiable information (including guest email addresses and telephone numbers) attached to expired digital access credentials is automatically redacted and anonymised exactly 90 days post-departure (after the scheduled valid-to check-out date).
3. Physical Entry & Unlock Logs: Physical door unlock logs, relay trigger timestamps, and security audit trails are preserved for an operational retention window of 90 days from generation, after which they are permanently cleared from database records. Property owners, hosts, and venue managers are solely responsible for downloading periodic CSV audit exports from their dashboard to maintain long-term archives for taxation (HMRC), accounting, or private security compliance.
To maintain healthy competition, prevent market monopolization, and ensure a fair search experience for all users, creating duplicate accounts or profiles with identical or highly similar details is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts detected by our automated system will be suspended immediately without any refunds.
For profile identification and security, we strongly recommend uploading only your own original photos (avatars and portfolio images). Shared, borrowed, or downloaded photos from public sources may be identified as duplicates by our automated system, which can lead to immediate account suspension and closure.
You may delete your account at any time from your Dashboard. Upon deletion, all profile data and associated assets are permanently removed from our servers. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including duplicate-account abuse.
Re-call.me is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You agree not to use Re-call.me to upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Specifically, advertising or selling illegal drugs, weapons, or any prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. We actively monitor the platform and employ automated moderation tools to detect and block policy violations.
While we strive to maintain a clean and safe environment, we cannot guarantee that all user-generated content is always compliant. If you encounter any suspicious, illegal, or abusive profiles or advertisements, please do not judge us harshly. Instead, report them immediately to our support team at info@re-call.me, and we will investigate and permanently ban any bad actors. We are on your side and are committed to supporting our community of honest professionals.
Re-call.me is a platform that connects independent specialists with clients and employers. We do not guarantee, warrant, or represent the quality, safety, truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of any services declared by specialists, or any job offers and cooperation proposals posted by employers. Any transaction, agreement, or contract is strictly between the participating parties. While we work 24/7 employing automated filters and community reporting to monitor the platform and remove spammers or bad actors, Re-call.me is not liable for any disputes, damages, losses, or poor workmanship resulting from your interactions on the platform.
